Why does after-hours matter?

Does this call my business?

How is my score worked out?
Each check is worth a set number of points. If we find the whole thing on your site, you get all the points. If we find part of it, such as a phone number that is not tap-to-call, you get some. The points add up to a score out of 100, which sets your letter grade.
Why might it miss my chat widget?
Some chat widgets load through a tag manager and only appear after a browser runs the page scripts. This tool reads your page code without running those scripts, so it can miss them. If you have a chat widget and the check says you do not, the free audit checks it by hand.
